From as far as I can remember I have always been fascinated with light. How lighting works, how it is used, and how we can manipulate it to create some of the most fascinating works of art, these are key elements to what drives my love and passion for my work. In my younger years it all started with putting Christmas Lights on our family home, as I got older and more involved with community activities, I was asked to join our local theatre group as the lighting technician. These small steps in my youth would guide me, in going to Red Deer College where I would achieve and receive my diploma in Technical Theatre Studies. With my passion and education in my personal tool box, this skill sets would guide me into a life changing career. From working on some of the worlds newest and largest cruise ships to the worlds largest water show "The House of Dancing Water", it has been a wild adventure of travel, culture, learning, and a deeper love for the craft of live entertainment. This has gifted me with worldly views, travel, and friends I call my international family.
Currently I am taking contract based projects. From consulting on or assisting with lighting system upgrades, or putting the final touches on lighting elements that enhance guest experiences on cruise ships for prelaunch of new builds. I am available for future projects.

With a strong passion, being motivated in learning and leading, I look forward with a positive vision of what we can do for our industry and where it will lead us in the future.
Working in large scale entertainment will always be a favorite for me. From the pressures of creation, re-creation, daily operations, to re-fit and upgrade, I will push myself to the best of my ability, for my team and I to deliver the best possible product. The thing I enjoy the most in life is finding solutions and making things work, it is even better if I can share that with my team, because for me that is the true reward!.
Are you planning a New Show Creation or re-Creation? System Upgrades? Lighting Programming needed? Project Management?
